Croom Concrete have been selected by South Tipperary County Council to design units for a bridge replacement at Lickfinn, Ballynonty. The bridge repairs began in 2012 and involved the installation of a precast concrete culvert.

Due to heavy rainfall at the end of the year, the project could not be completed until early 2013, when the water levels were lower.

The project includes for the design and supply of the following units:

  • 8m of 3.5m of 2.1m units. Designed for bridge loads
  • 2 no. Header walls
  • 4 no. Wing Walls
  • Supply of suitable cranage
  • Installation of all units
